Expo PredialTec 2010 is an event which will take place on August 18th and 19th in the Center Immigrants for Exhibition in São Paulo. Available innovative technologies for the design, construction and operation of commercial and residential buildings will be shown to the visitors.

The event, the very first in South America, will be directed to the specialized public interested in learning about technological advances in materials, equipment, systems and services that make the buildings and spaces healthier, more productive, lower in operating costs, more competitive and more sustainable.

The Expo PredialTec 2010 will take place simultaneously with Expo Elevador Brasil, the largest elevator industry fair of Latin America, and the Habitar 2010 – 9th Congress on Automation and Technology for Residential Housing, organized and promoted by Aureside - Brazilian Association of Home Automation.
